We do not offer Refunds/Exchanges unless they are faulty goods.
Please kindly check our Size Guide before purchase, alternatively please do contact us for assistance via message @yanah_london or email us at info@yanah.co.uk if you are unsure as to which size you would like to order.
Please note any loose or hanging / double stitching thread is not deemed as being faulty.
In the unlikelihood of receiving a faulty good please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Once we have corresponded with you, the items must be returned in their original unworn condition with original labels attached within 14 days of purchase. All goods will be inspected upon return. Please ensure no make-up or perfume is worn when the item is being tried on that may leave marks and scents. Returns that are damaged, soiled, scented, worn or altered will not be accepted.
We strongly advise that you use a tracking service to return your package and obtain a receipt as it’s customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.
postage will be reimbursed when faulty goods are returned to us.
